Takeuchi Mfg. Co. was established over four decades ago with "Soil" and "Water" as its core business themes. Since then, the company has followed a prosperous path as a leading finished-product manufacturer of construction machinery, such as mini-shovels, hydraulic shovels and crawler-loaders, as well as industrial-use agitators and environmental equipment.
In the field of construction machinery, Takeuchi developed the world's first "mini-shovel" in 1970. The 1986 development and launch of a crawler-loader, ideal for rough terrain operations, was another world first. Over ninety percent of our construction machinery users are operating overseas. We have developed and amassed a high level of developmental and manufacturing capabilities through our extensive track record of overseas sales. Taking advantage of this strength, Takeuchi is also engaged in OEM supply of construction machinery. Fitted with a deep, lateral bath, the TS series horizontal type agitators are suitable for agitating liquids of a medium to high viscosity. Leaks are minimized thanks to perfect gland sealing. Mechanical types are also available for use under conditions requiring pressure- and corrosion-resistance.

TBS (single-arm ribbon type) / TBW (double-arm ribbon type)
Takeuchi's ribbon blenders, the epitome of the fixed-bath family of blenders, are used extensively and enjoy a solid reputation. Compared with conventional double-spiral ribbon units, our TBS and TSW types can rapidly perform blending and agitating of pulverized materials in a dynamic figure-8 pattern using a combination of simple ribbon blades that boast a higher helix than conventional types. We also manufacture a sister product -- double-axis ribbon blenders. |

亙Takeuchi Sentex mixer (mixer/kneader)亜
TSM
Unlike conventional forced-movement mixer/kneaders that perform convection-agitation in only one direction, our Sentex mixer (mixer/kneader) boasts super-high performance as it can perform uniform mixing/kneading of materials, from low slump to high slump, in a very short period of time. Why is this possible? Our machine handles materials so that they move in entirely different directions in the inner and outer areas of the bath, thus enabling continuous, powerful mixing/kneading. (For example, when mixing sand and water, it takes only 10 seconds for the water to uniformly adhere to the sand.)
Used with paste, mortar, concrete, monolithic refractory, pulverized materials, and fibrous materials, among others. All of these can be mixed/kneaded uniformly. |
