Moyno® Power Sections offer the broadest range of flow rates, speeds, torques, and lobe configurations all backed by the recognized leader in down-hole progressing cavity technology.
To meet the demands of various well conditions, Moyno Power Sections are available with both Ultra-Shield® rotor coatings and Ultra-Flex® stator elements.
Ultra-Shield rotor coatings outperform chrome in abrasive environments both in laboratory and in the field. In addition to superior wear protection, this coating also provides excellent corrosion protection compared to chrome-plated rotors.
R&M Energy Systems has developed a line of patented, high-strength, low-swell stator elastomers marketed under the Ultra-Flex brand name. These compounds are engineered with specific well conditions in mind and provide long service life and outstanding down-hole performance.

Standard Moyno Power Sections offer great versatility for virtually all directional, horizontal, long and medium-radius drilling applications. These models offer the broadest range of flow rates, speeds, torques, lobe configurations and materials of construction, and can be customized to accommodate practically any set of drilling conditions.
Performance Power Sections are offered in a wide range of sizes and configurations for drilling applications where higher penetration rates and higher operating torques are required.
Short Radius Power Sections are designed to meet the reduced length of the short-radius drill motors used in re-entry and horizontal drilling applications requiring fast drilling rates, while building short-radius curve sections.
These slim (small diameter) power sections are designed for re-entry through existing production tubing for coiled tubing drilling.
Moyno's Air Drill/High Torque Slow Power Section cavities and seal lines are designed specifically to operate with compressible fluids such as air/gas.
