A new hygiene system for hospitals
Dosatron just launched its new Hygiene System at the Hôpital Expo trade show. This new product boasts an innovative design that is particularly suited to users’ needs. The system can be equipped with all D25 series proportioners and, depending on the proportioner chosen, can allow for dosing of between 0.07% and 10%. The system is particularly suited to filling containers and basins.

Compact range: a PVDF version
The new PVDF Compact allows dosing of aggressive chemicals and working with hotter water (up to 65°C). Besides, now, on all Compact units the dosing rods are industrialized injected versions and the stems are in PVDF.

Dosatron is a key partner in the Livestock Production market
During the months of May and June, our sales team focused its activities on the Livestock Production application in particular, which remains our core business. Accordingly, Dosatron participated in the following trade shows, with much success for its product line and its many sales supports: Viv Europe in Moscow, Avesui in Brazil, Indolivestock in Jakarta and the World Poultry Congress in Australia. In addition, our Application Manager, Xavier Chehri, spoke during a seminar at the 10th National Poultry Congress in Venezuela. This event made it possible to reach a South American clientele.

Ögo
For the 25. time, the trade fair Ögo for horticulture, arboriculture and market gardening took place from June 25th to 27th in Oeschberg, Switzerland. With 480 exhibitors on a surface of 12 ha, an extensive offer of devices, engines, seeds, young and grown-up plants was presented. The perfect occasion for our Swiss partner Louis Guinchard of the company CCD to introduce in avant-premiere the D3RE2, the latest model of our brand new D3 range, before its official launch. A big thank you to Louis Guinchard and his team for the nice welcome that we were offered on our visit.

Applying silicon to tiles during manufacture
Pallets should be immersed in a bath of water and silicon diluted to 2%. The user installed Dosatron on the production line to supply the soaking pits. The finished products (pallets of tiles) are immersed in these pits and are impregnated by the solution of water and diluted silicon. The Dosatron pumps are controlled by a control box which manages level detection, alarms and the starting and stopping of the pump. Dosatron equipment was chosen because of its simplicity and compact size. The operating conditions called for the use of a range of dispensers with external dispensing. And the user has developed specific internal accessories to optimize the operation of the Dosatron equipment.
